add777 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use an add777 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee or contractor of add777 or its affiliated game studios and payment providers.
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the add777 platform under the responsible gaming or prohibited conduct provisions of these terms.

add777 verifies player age and identity through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit valid Pakistani identity documentation — including a valid CNIC — before withdrawals are processed or certain account features are activated. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Where add777 determines, at any point, that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all Real Money Funds will be returned, and any winnings generated will be voided.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one add777 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of balances. If you believe you may have previously registered an account, contact add777 support before creating a new one.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. add777 reserves the right to request verification of any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your add777 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. add777 will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

add777 strongly recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.
• Notify add777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

add777 conducts identity and age verification in accordance with its KYC obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with the KYC process, including providing copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. add777 may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Wallet

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

add777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at the time of your transaction. add777 does not accept payments in any currency other than PKR.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your PKR Wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. The minimum deposit is 200 PKR unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. add777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method associated with your most recent deposit as a default. You may request a withdrawal to any supported payment method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one business day of submission. add777 targets the following processing timelines:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 15 minutes of approval during standard processing hours.
• SadaPay / Raast: Within 30 minutes of approval during standard processing hours.
• HBL / UBL / MCB Bank transfer: Same business day for requests approved before the daily cut-off time.

add777 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds 50,000 PKR or where KYC verification has not been completed. Processing timelines are targets and are not contractually guaranteed; delays caused by payment provider systems are outside add777's direct control.

4.4 Inactive Account Fee

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. After this period, add777 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of 500 PKR or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower), until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers available on the add777 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. By accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified, add777 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited automatically. add777 does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6 Betting & Casino Rules

6.1 Sportsbook & Accumulator Bets

All sportsbook bets placed on the add777 platform — including HBL Pakistan Super League markets, cricket, and other sports — are subject to the add777 sportsbook rules. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled except where add777 has explicitly offered a cash-out option and the player has exercised it prior to the relevant event concluding. In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing, add777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

6.2 Casino & Jackpot Slots

All casino games and jackpot slots on the add777 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are determined by this certified RNG and are not influenced by add777 or any third party. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available for all games. 6.3 Cockfighting

6.4 Disputed Results

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the add777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, account closure, voiding of bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity or payment method, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.

The Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

12.2 Account Closure by You

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn at the time of account closure unless all wagering requirements have been met.

12.3 Account Closure by add777

add777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where prohibited conduct has been identified, where KYC requirements have not been met, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the player or to the integrity of the platform. Where add777 closes an account and the player is not at fault, Real Money Funds will be returned in full.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the add777 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
